Dem Bois was built by and for trans men of color. It was built from lived experience, community wisdom, and the understanding that visibility is not enough without resources to sustain it. What we do is not transactional. It is relational, long-term, and rooted in care.
2026 marks our 10-year anniversary. We are reflecting not only on what we have accomplished, but on how we can continue to show up for one another.

- Maintain Dem Bois Podcast as a platform that uplifts trans men of color while paying our guests for their time, and labor of sharing their lived experiences
- Invest in the future of Dem Bois as we enter our next decade—strengthening leadership, refining programs, and building what our community needs next
